My Heart is Pink, Is Yours?
Without hesitation and my whole heart involved, I chose to be the team captain for Lyon West Roseville/Rocklin for the Komen MORE THAN PINK™ Walk because I want to make a difference and be More Than Pink®. It touches me personally because my grandma, who I never got to meet, passed away from breast cancer. I have also had family friends suffer through the same battle, but due to resources they are now survivors!
Our office has such a big heart, and I know with the help of our agents, families, and friends we can reach and even exceed our goal! Your support helps us get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. 75 percent of the money raised through the Walk stays in the community to fund local breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs. The remaining 25 percent supports groundbreaking breast cancer research.
